I believe that transversal leadership is not just a concept, it’s a practical, human-centered approach for
performance and agility in organizations. Data is my foundation. It’s what drives me, and with collaboration, it is how I make the difference.
 

My Story
Born in Fribourg, I was raised with strong values: loyalty, honesty, generosity, and respect. Values that have
guided every step of my personal and professional journey.

I started my career in tourism, making dreams becoming true and putting customer service at the heart of
everything. But my curiosity quickly led me elsewhere: from airports first to then seaports.
 

That shift sparked a passion for logistics and complex systems. I spent 26 years in a global shipping company, evolving across administration, finance, IT, operations, and transformation. I learned how organizations truly work and where they get stuck.

What I’ve Learned
Over the years, I uncovered what truly drives impacts:

•  Processes drive meaningful business and tech discussion

•  Change Management start when people start listening to the other challenges

I led the implementation of tools across 140+ countries with success, structured master data governance, and brought value to cross-functional teams by connecting the dots between business needs, operational flows, data reliability and technology development.

What I Do Today
I support companies to:

• Optimize business processes, conceptual models with business capabilities and data quality

• Sell tools and data for real business values

• Break down silos to drive projects to company success

I work as a human interface between business, data, and technology, supporting vision and leaders to gain
clarity, engagement and success for their projects.
